Favorite Blogs:
8 slow miles. 2 in the neighborhood and then 6 out and back south on Wasatch.
Hip almost felt totally normal. Just a slight stiffness/ache towards the end when I tried to pick up the pace a bit.
iron strength
5 miles on the Quarry Trail up Little Cottonwood Canyon. Was nice to be off the road. Have never run on trail before and I really enjoyed it.
just did some core strengthening and stretching.
9.5 slow.
Ran with my neighbor and he wanted to do 8, but wa running slower than normal. So, I just would run ahead a bit and go back and find him. Furthest I have run in a while and felt good. Hip got a little tight towards the end but no pain.
5 miles in the heat. Hip feeling better.
