Off work early and decided to head out and enjoy the afternoon sun before the holiday parties began. Took a new route and it had some downhill miles and flat sections so I ended up with some fasterish miles (6:39 , 6:29). Then I had a long uphill to get back home. Plus starting out fast and not running much this month took its toll on me.
