Favorite Blogs:
1 mile solo and then met my neighbor for 7 more slow miles. Had to stop and start 2 times which bugged my hip for just a bit after each stop but then went away quickly.
iron strength
9 miles. South on Wasatch and then up LCC to the junction. Back down 9400 s and back along Wasatch past La Caille.
Felt good throughout. Lots of runners and cyclists out today.
10 miles with 1 at marathon pace just for fun. The hip injury set me back a bit. 1 mile at MP was about all I could handle.
