Felt pretty good today. The hip got a bit tight around mile 3 but then loosened up. I tried to stay tall and long while running and keep it loose. Seemed to work out for the best.

Glad the hip loosened up after 3. I think some good hip stretching for a few weeks and you will be good as new.
