Legs feel much better now. Almost back to normal, still felt a little lingering heaviness after about 3 miles. 7:45 avg.

As we discussed yesterday. I will take it easy but still want to maintain fitness through the winter (easier said than done). I thought between 30-40 miles a week with the occasional tempo thrown in to keep some speed. I don't really know if that will be too much and burn me out or not or if it is even realistic.
I am leaning towards signing up for Ogden but still undecided. Wouldn't mind doing a few halves next spring.

So, one week down. What is the goal now? Time off? Start a new cycle? Let's hear it.
