Ran with my neighbor for the first time in 2 weeks so the pace was slowed down again. I would run out ahead and then back track to find him and just did that the entire run. He ended up with 7.5 miles and I finished with 9. Then I did an extra mile solo to get to a nice even 10.

It was a nice crisp fall morning.

10 miles

Ran with my neighbor for 7.5 miles. Then dropped him off and decided to round it off to 10. Did lots of hill climbing this morning by choosing an unfamiliar route.

10 miles w/4 at MP

Was solo today so I decided to try and get a little tempo work in. Ran 2 miles in the neighborhood and then decided I would pick it up for 4 miles at marathon pace. Started to get a crazy bad stomach ache around mile 3, so I had that to deal with for the next 3 miles. Once I finished the 4th fast mile, my stomach felt terrible so I stopped for a second and tried to get rid of the pain. After a minute it started feeling better and continued with my run.

I noticed a couple of things today. Why is it, that when you are running in the dark, cars turn on their brights as they pass you? I was blinded several times this morning. Also, why do people get up so early to smoke weed? I ran through a couple of areas where I could tell someone was out smoking, it was 6:25 or so when I ran through there. Seemed strange.
