Felt like a disgusting pig after eating entirely too much during the super bowl. Decided to get out after work and give myself a mental boost.
Did 6.55 miles and realized that I put on my old shoes after it was too late. Didn't seem to bother my legs at all.
6.05 easy miles. didn't push to much today.

Met up with James and Kenzie to do some birthday miles with James on his 31 mile jaunt. Would have liked to do more miles, but the left hip still doesn't agree with running much lately.
My hip has been really bothering me lately.
Ran in Midway and had a lot of up and down. Hip pain was minimal but enough to bug me.
Hip hurt all day Sunday. Feeling better today.
