AM

8.36 miles

Met James and Josh for the usual route. Added one extra block which makes up the .36. My body has been all sorts of messed up since returning from Hawaii.

PM

13 miles

James had this crazy idea to run with Brayden from Lambs Canyon to Brighton Ski Resort. I decided to give it a try even though I was fairly certain I wasn't in any kind of conditioning to actually do it. Met up and the ran began good enough. By the time we dropped into Millcreek canyon, my legs were starting to feel really heavy and I was considering bailing out there after 6 miles. Decided to see how I felt as I went up the road to the upper parking lot. James stuck with me and we decided to bail on this adventure and leave it for another day. Got to the parking lot and snagged a key from Daniel and then ran back down to his car and drove to get our cars. I do want to do this run again once I have more long runs under my belt on the trails.
