The usuall Holladay/Millcreek loop with James.

Ran solo around my neighborhood. Went out south to the La Caille turn and then did a loop in that neighborhood. Then back along Danish and up Bengal with a loop through the cemetary.

Out and back along Wasatch with James. Park n Ride at BCC to Dans and back. Legs didn't have much go in them today.

Ran solo and it was freaking HOT! Ended up stopping at my dads house and hosing off my head to try to cool down a bit.
