Ran with John and James on the usual 8 mile loop through Holladay/Millcreek. Wasn't quite as hot this morning which was a nice surprise.
11 miles
Met Brayden and James at Rattlesnake and ran up to Grandeur and back on the trail. Felt good until the last little climb to the top. Then felt great on the way down. Legs are going to feel that one this weekend.
