Wanted to run the 2 miles between the piers faster.
Hot and humid but tolerable.
7 slow miles.
Avg of 7:45 ish
Felt sluggish this morning until mile 5.5. Decided to push the last mile.
Last mile at 6:35
5 miles avg around 7:30
8 miles along boardwalk.
Felt like crap this morning but decided to give it a go.
Legs were heavy, stomach was queasy, and head was dizzy.
Pulled the plug after 5.25 miserable miles.
