West High track session with James and Brayden. Didn't feel my healthiest after a terrible Labor Day feast of delicious foods that are not so great for you. Was a bit sluggish all morning and could feel the effects of my poor culinary choices with each passing lap.
Did 4 x 1600. Laps were 6:24, 6:26, 6:20, 6:16.
Had a .5 mile active rest between sets.
Looking forward to a tough test this Saturday.
