Married to Cassidy and have two awesome kids. Operations manager at a finance company in SLC. Live in the Heights!
Favorite Blogs:
7 miles around the neighborhood. Got into a small race up a hill with a cyclist. He just barely caught me right at the line. Next time I'll get him.
Iron Strength
6.5 miles. From my house out north on Wasatch Blvd until the golf course, then turned around and back up to my house. The hip didn't bother me today. Just sore legs from Iron Strength.
7 slow miles with lots of up and down.
Ran from my house down around the retention pond for Big Cottonwood Creek and back up to my house.
