Be more consistent! Train hard and get faster. Stay fit and qualify for Boston with a time that will actually get me into the big race.

6 miles
Struggled to get out the door today, but glad I did. Same old route.
11 miles
Ran around liberty park a bunch of times with James, Hille, Collin and a bunch of others. 32 miles for James on his 32nd birthday. impressive!
4.25 miles
Mt Wire adventure with James. The snow was very painful on the shins on the way down, but still a great time.
Ran the reverse Danish route. Lots of uphill, which builds character.
Ran 5 miles then played some hoops and then ran 1 mile back home.
7 miles
Watch died at about the 1 mile mark. Ran by feel and it felt crappy the whole way. Never felt like I was in any type of groove, but gutted out 7 miles and glad I didn't pull the plug.
