Woke up with a sore back and just had one of those 'not feelin' it' days. Tried to push to under 7 min/mile pace for the last little bit and struggled to maintain it. Will start to add more speed workouts to try and get some of it back.

Hille- I do want to qualify again and try to get in for the 2017 race. Just not sure which race(s) to run yet. Need to get back into shape again. The hip injury set me back a bit.
