Be more consistent! Train hard and get faster. Stay fit and qualify for Boston with a time that will actually get me into the big race.

8.05 of the roughest miles ever.

I have felt a cold coming on for a couple of days now. Tuesday and Wednesday were the worst days. Today I felt good enough to get out the door but still had a rough time breathing with all the congestion.

I wonder if running while sick is worth it.

I would be cautious. What you gain from these runs isn't worth wearing your body down.

Thanks for the input. That is the same thought I was having throughout my run. I also thought, I'll just run this illness into the ground!
