Ran up little cottonwood just past the park and ride lot. Then down past La Caille along wasatch to home.

Legs were already dead to start so the hills were slower than I was wanting. The 3 miles of tempo were fairly labored. Splits were 6:44 , 6:47 , 6:52. Splits two and three had about a .25 mile incline in them. Slowed me down a bit.

Some solid tempo miles there man. 7 more solid weeks of training before the taper!
